Every gemstone from Noor comes with a GIA, IGI, or AGL certification verifying its origin, treatment status, and natural characteristics. We work exclusively with certified laboratories and provide full documentation with each purchase. You can cross-verify the certificate number directly on the issuing laboratory's official website.

Natural gemstones are formed by geological processes over millions of years without any artificial enhancement. Treated gemstones undergo processes like heat or fracture filling to improve appearance. At Noor, we clearly disclose the treatment status of every stone. Most of our premium collection is unheated and untreated.

Absolutely. Noor offers a fully bespoke service where you can specify the gemstone type, carat weight, cut shape, color preference, and origin. Our master cutters and sourcing specialists will work to match your exact requirements. Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks depending on the rarity of the stone.

Ethical sourcing is non-negotiable at Noor. We follow the Kimberley Process for diamonds and adhere to strict responsible sourcing protocols for colored gemstones. Every stone can be traced back to its mine or legitimate dealer. We maintain direct relationships with miners in Sri Lanka, Colombia, and Africa who share our commitment to fair labor.

We offer a 7-day inspection period from delivery. If the gemstone does not match its certificate description — including origin, treatment, weight, or dimensions — we provide a full refund or replacement. The stone must be returned in its original packaging with all documentation intact.

Store each gemstone separately in a soft pouch or lined box — harder stones like sapphires can scratch softer ones like emeralds. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush — never use ultrasonic cleaners on emeralds or opals. Noor provides a complimentary care kit with every purchase.
